Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. 

A $300 deposit is required to reserve your place. Of this, $150 is non-refundable.

Refund Schedule (based on full payment):

  • 121+ days before departure: Full refund, minus the full deposit
  • 120–61 days before departure: 75% refund, minus the full deposit
  • 60–31 days before departure: 50% refund, minus the full deposit
  • 30 days or less before departure: No refund

Changes or Cancellations by Prayerful Path

In rare circumstances, Prayerful Path may need to modify or cancel a pilgrimage due to unforeseen events (including but not limited to natural events or circumstances beyond our control).

  • If a pilgrimage is impacted by these circumstances, all payments made will be transferred as a credit for a future pilgrimage. This credit must be used within 24 months.
  • Prayerful Path is not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as non-refundable airfare or travel costs.

If a pilgrimage is canceled due to insufficient participants:

  • All payments will be refunded in full, which constitutes full settlement.
  • Prayerful Path is not responsible for additional expenses, including non-refundable airline tickets.
