Thank you for choosing to walk this prayerful path with us. We are truly honored to journey alongside you.
Below you will find our Terms & Conditions, along with an overview of the registration process and what you can expect as you prepare for your pilgrimage. If at any time you have questions or need guidance, please reach out—we are here for you.
Our hope is that this pilgrimage becomes your own sacred journey—one that gently opens, deepens, and enriches your spirit. We are all simply fellow pilgrims, walking together.
Reservations & Payments
You can begin your journey by visiting one of our pilgrimage pages and selecting a pilgrimage to join. Our simple, user-friendly booking platform will gently guide you through each step along the way.
A $300 deposit is required to reserve your place, with $150 non-refundable. Because our pilgrimages are intentionally small and personal, space is limited.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. If your booking is made within 60 days of the pilgrimage start date, full payment will be due at the time of registration. If payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be considered canceled.

Please note: Prayerful Path will never request sensitive payment information (such as credit card details) via email. If you receive such a request, please contact us immediately.
Confirmation
Once we receive your registration and deposit, you will receive a confirmation email. Along with this, we will provide:
- A receipt of your payment
- A summary of any remaining balance and due dates
- A packing list, reading suggestions, and helpful tips for your pilgrimage

Final Preparation
About a month before your pilgrimage, you will receive a Pilgrim Packet. Inside, you’ll find your final itinerary with hotel accommodations, luggage tags, a reflection book, and a few thoughtful surprises for your journey.
Single Room Requests
Due to the nature of our accommodations, a limited number of single rooms may be available upon request.
If you are traveling alone and are open to sharing, we will thoughtfully pair you with a same-gender roommate. If you request a single room and one is not available, your single supplement fee will be fully refunded, and we will arrange a roommate for you.
Insurance
Because of the nature of a walking pilgrimage with Prayerful Path, we strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage. You will have the option to purchase this when you register for your pilgrimage, or you may choose to obtain coverage on your own.
