In all my walks, I find the main topic in conversation to be forgiving others who have hurt you and how to forgive yourself. We all have been hurt by others in some way and we all have hurt others in some way. If you say you have never hurt anyone, then you need to stop and look deep within, and be honest with yourself and others. It is easier to see the hurt which we receive than the hurt we did. And it is easier to release the ones who have hurt us than release ourselves. But it is time.
It is time to be cleansed. Receive God’s mercy, don’t resist it.
“Why don’t you release yourself? Why don’t you take your hands off of your own neck? Forgive yourself, release yourself, and be truly cleansed. If you do this, you will experience the cleansing that the Lord wants you to enjoy”

Lord Jesus, I know deep down inside that you love me. I don't have as much of a problem forgiving others as I do myself. I need your help! "Lord, if you wish, you can make me clean."

Lord, touch my hopes and dreams.
Lord, touch the memory of those I've loved.

Lord, I release my heart to you.
